For the bookkeeper, the executive pastor, and the migration committee
The integrations that actually matter, owned end-to-end.
Most church platforms have an "integrations" page that lists 47 logos. Click on any of them and you discover the "integration" is a Zapier template you have to subscribe to Zapier to use. Real native integrations — built and maintained by the platform — are rare, and they're always the ones that actually matter most.
We picked four to do natively. The four that move the needle.
Every donation. SalesReceipt. The moment it clears.
When Stripe confirms a successful donation, the platform fires an internal event that pushes a SalesReceipt to QuickBooks Online at your default income account, attributed to the donor with the transaction ID in the memo. Net delay: under 30 seconds.
Failed pushes (token expired, account misconfigured, QBO downtime) land in your bookkeeper's dashboard with retry-on-demand. The first failure on any given donation triggers an email alert. Subsequent retries are silent — no spam.
- Native event-driven push (no Zapier)
- SalesReceipt with donor attribution + memo
- Failed-push queue with retry-on-demand
- First-failure alert to your bookkeeper
Keep PCO. Run TC+ as front-of-house.
For churches that want to keep Planning Center as their service-planning system of record, our native PCO sync pulls people from PCO every four hours with field mapping. Use TC+ as the member-facing platform (livestream, giving, kids check-in, app) while letting your worship pastor continue planning in PCO Services.
Field mappings are configurable per-org. Sync logs are visible to admins. Soft-deleted PCO records are honored. You can migrate fully off PCO when you're ready, or keep the dual-system setup indefinitely.
- One-way pull (PCO → TC+) every 4 hours
- Configurable field mappings
- Per-org sync logs visible to admins
- Two-way sync on the roadmap
The three native integrations.
Built and maintained by us. No third-party subscription tax.
Stripe Connect
Per-org Stripe Connect account so funds land in your bank, not in platform escrow. Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH (0.8% capped at $5), recurring, one-time. Stripe's rates passed through with zero markup.
QuickBooks Online
Native SalesReceipt push the moment Stripe confirms a donation. No CSV exports. No Zapier. No Tuesday-morning reconciliation marathon for your bookkeeper.
Planning Center People
One-way pull every four hours with field mapping. The bridge that lets you keep PCO as system of record while running TC+ for everything member-facing.
