Planning Center Services has 15 years of accumulated rotation logic, conflict detection, and chord-chart polish. We have all the table stakes, but PCO has more depth. Frequently asked questions about migrating

What it actually looks like to move from your current platform to TrueConnect+.

Yes. We have native PCO sync that pulls people from Planning Center every four hours with field mapping. Many churches start by using TC+ as front-of-house (livestream, giving, members-facing app, kids check-in) while keeping PCO as their service-planning system of record. You can migrate the planning side later, gradually, or never — your call.
We help you do it in stages. Start by exporting your member list and bulk-importing it into TC+ People. Connect Stripe and let the next Sunday's giving land in TC+ instead of SubSplash. Move livestreaming over the following Sunday. Members keep their giving history, and SubSplash can stay live as long as you need it during the transition. Most churches finish in 4–6 weeks.
They'll notice that the app they use is faster, has more features, and connects them to other churches they care about. They'll keep their saved payment methods (Stripe), their recurring gifts (re-invited to confirm), and their group memberships (re-imported with their consent). The friction we worry about most is the first weekend; we coach you through it.
PCO Services data stays in PCO if you keep that subscription active. Our PCO sync is one-way (PCO → TC+) right now — two-way sync is on the roadmap. Most churches that move fully off PCO Services do so by importing their song library and rebuilding their service types in TC+, which takes about 2 hours of admin time. Past plans archive in PCO and remain accessible there as long as your subscription is active.
