Things that cost real money to deliver — streaming bandwidth, media storage, email sends, SMS fees — are metered. You set a dollar cap on each. You choose what happens when you hit it. We never charge a dollar you didn't authorize.

Streaming minutes

Live ingest + delivery for every minute you broadcast or replay. A typical Sunday service is 60–90 minutes; replays counted separately.

Media storage

VOD archive, sermon library, podcast assets. Usage prorated for partial months.

Email Studio campaigns and workflow-triggered broadcasts. Transactional emails (receipts, password resets) are not metered.

Members never pay to use TrueConnect+. The Bible reader, reading plans, prayer community, Discover directory, and giving history are yours at no cost. The churches that pay for the platform pay so you don't.

Pricing questions

The straight answers about how billing actually works.

No. The $299 is the platform price and it's fixed for your billing cycle. The only way your invoice goes up is if you authorized auto-bill on a meter and used more than you capped — and we email you at 80% of that cap so you can adjust before it triggers. Even then, the bill never exceeds the cap you set.
Then you pay $299/month flat regardless of usage. The meters will pause when the included baseline is reached — your livestream stops streaming, your broadcast emails pause, your SMS notifications stop sending. You can re-enable any meter at any time, or move it to auto-bill with a fresh cap, mid-cycle.
Planning Center sells eight modules separately, each with its own price card. Most growing churches need at least four to six of them, plus a livestreaming subscription elsewhere, plus an email tool, plus a giving processor. The all-in cost typically lands between $300 and $500 a month. TrueConnect+ is one bill: $299, with everything (including livestreaming and the email tool) inside.
SubSplash bundles its tools but sells them in tier-based plans. Their custom-app offering — the headline product — is a separate line item. By the time you've added it, plus the giving fees, plus the streaming subscription, churches typically pay more than $299/month for less integration than TrueConnect+. The difference is starkest for smaller-to-mid-size churches that don't need the white-label app.
Stripe's standard rates apply, with one important boost: ACH (bank transfer) donations are 0.8% capped at $5 per transaction. A $5,000 major-donor gift costs $5 in fees instead of the $155 you'd pay on a card-network transaction. We pass through Stripe's published rates exactly — no markup.
Yes. Cancel from the billing console in two clicks. We honor refund requests per our refund policy, and your data is exportable to CSV at any time before or after cancellation.
Custom pricing is available per organization through our admin tooling. If your church is a startup plant, has tight budget constraints, or qualifies for any kind of community-impact grant, contact us directly. We have flexibility — but our default is to keep it simple at $299 for everyone.
