Every person in your church gets one record in TC+. That record links to their giving history, family connections, group memberships, volunteer assignments, milestones, tasks, and pastoral interactions.
Tags vs roles
Tags are flexible labels you apply (Member, Visitor, Leader, First-Time Guest). They drive segmentation and filtering. Roles are RBAC seats for staff specifically.
Bulk import
Bring in your existing directory via CSV with column mapping. Duplicate detection by email/phone prevents double-entries. Bulk-tag the whole import as "Migrated from PCO" or similar so you can unwind it later if needed.
PCO sync
If you're keeping Planning Center as a system of record, our PCO People sync runs every four hours and pulls new + updated members automatically.
