Multi-Campus Operations

TC+ is multi-campus from the data model up. Per-campus filtering on every list, per-campus permission scoping, per-campus dashboards, and a senior-pastor rollup view.

Multi-campus is built into the foundation, not bolted on as a premium tier.

Per-campus filtering

Every list page (people, groups, events, calendar, check-in, analytics) has a campus filter at the top. Default to your campus; flip to all-campus rollup for the senior-pastor view.

Per-campus permission scoping

Staff seats can be scoped to a specific campus. The downtown campus pastor will only see downtown people, downtown events, downtown check-in. RLS enforces this — even manual filter manipulation can't bypass it.

Per-campus giving funds

Donations route to per-campus QuickBooks income accounts. Members can choose which campus their gift supports. Reports show per-campus rollup and combined-campus totals.
