Three modes for three different Sunday realities:
Family mode
Parents check kids in from their phone before they arrive. Staff sees them on the live dashboard the moment they tap confirm.
Staff mode
Volunteer-attended check-in desk for families who walk up. The volunteer pulls up the family record, sees allergy notes, prints a label.
Kiosk mode
Lock a tablet into kiosk mode at the entrance. Families search by phone or last name, confirm their kids, print labels. No staff required.
Room ratios
Each room has a kids-to-adult cap. The system enforces it at check-in — no 13th kid in a 12-cap room.
Authorized pickup + SMS
Pickups are locked to the family's authorized list. When the room ends, parents get an SMS that their kid is ready.
