The calendar holds every event your church runs — services, conferences, retreats, kids events, outreach. Events can require registration, accept payment, and link to forms.

The calendar in Plan houses everything date-bound that isn't a recurring service: conferences, retreats, kids events, outreach, baptism services, special services.

Registration and payment

Events can require registration via a form. Paid events run through Stripe. Capacity caps prevent over-registration. Confirmation emails fire automatically on RSVP.

Embed and share

Each event has a public URL. Drop the events feed widget on your church website to surface upcoming events without manual updates.

Cross-pillar

Events appear in members' Engage / Discover surfaces and can trigger workflows (e.g., when someone RSVPs to the new-visitor dinner, fire the connections-pastor follow-up task).
